Reflex Circuit (“we”, “us”) is a reflex-training arcade game developed by Mert Oztat. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the app on iOS and Android, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you first open Reflex Circuit you choose a public player name (2–18 characters, letters/numbers/underscore). The name is linked to an anonymous Supabase account we create on your device and is shown on public leaderboards alongside your scores.
Gameplay information. Each completed game produces a score, combo, hits, perfects, misses, max combo, level reached, and duration. This is sent to our backend to compute leaderboards, streaks, and achievements.
Advertising identifiers. The app uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial video ads. On iOS, AdMob may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only after you grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. On Android, AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID.
Ad-consent and tracking status. We record your consent choice in the Google User Messaging Platform and, on iOS, your ATT decision, so we can remember it across sessions.
Diagnostics. We collect anonymous, aggregated crash and performance data through the platform SDKs and Google AdMob to keep the app stable.
We do NOT collect: your real name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone audio, camera, health data, or financial information.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only receive the data described above.
On iOS 14.5+ we ask for your permission with the App Tracking Transparency prompt before tracking your activity for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity, and your IDFA will not be shared with ad networks. On Android, you can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalization in your device’s Google Settings.
Your anonymous account and gameplay data are retained for the life of the app and deleted within 30 days of account deletion (see below). Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be kept longer.
Reflex Circuit is not directed to children under 13 (US) / 16 (EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app is tagged as not child-directed and not for users under the age of consent; ad personalization for under-age users is disabled through Google’s User Messaging Platform.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion permanently removes your anonymous user, player name, scores, streaks, achievements, and ad-consent records from our backend. Local on-device data (cached profile, install ID, queued scores) is also cleared.
If you are an EEA/UK/California resident you also have the right to access, correct, export, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@mertoztat.com.
Supabase secures data at rest and in transit with TLS and row-level security policies. AdMob and Supabase access is scoped to the minimum required for the features above.
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and bump the “Last updated” date.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to privacy@mertoztat.com.
